Last three pregnancy's have been treated by the same midwife, & she has used students who have all been lovely & have all talked & explained what they are doing and has been very reasuring.
I have been provided with care of the highest standard. I have felt reassured at all points of care, and am grateful for all the help and support given to me and my baby.
Approachable, friendly. Knowledgeable.
Nothing could be improved.
I was cared for by people who involved me in decisions and ensured I received the best care for me and my baby. I am very grateful for the care and support I received.
I felt very well looked after and that any concerns I had were taken seriously. However I feel like there could be better communication between different staff members. Thanks
All of the midwives I met were fantastic. They were always lovely to talk to and actually seem to care.
They kept reminding me that they were only a phone call away if I needed them.
I am incredibly grateful to the yellow team midwives for taking such good care of my baby & myself (both antenatally and post natally).
I am 63 years of age and went to the local A&E after a fall, believing I had sustained a serious injury to my ankle.
The receptionist, doctor, porter and radiographer could not have been more professional, caring, respectful and efficient.
Unfortunately the triage nurse seemed detached, uncaring and robotically completed a form with less interest and obtaining less information than the receptionist. My interaction with her left me feeling irritated and had it not been for the quality of the other staff, I would have left with a negative impression of the hospital.
Medical staff at the point of contact have a vital role in the manner in which people are treated and if this importance is not instilled in nurses, perhaps they training requires adjustment.
Overall, I was happy with my treatment.
I have written to the CEO expressing my thanks for the professional manner and kindness that was shown to me by doctors and nurses after being admitted with chest pains.
